Are you passionate about topics such as "Building in Existing Structures" and the sustainable reduction of the CO2 footprint in the renovation industry? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join us as an Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) at Rehau New Ventures! We are the corporate venture builder of the Rehau Group, offering you a unique opportunity to co-found a sustainable startup with the goal of revolutionizing the renovation market.

Your tasks:
  • Ideation: Lead the process of creative ideation and develop innovative concepts for a digital solution in the renovation market.
  • Founding and Building: Start your own venture! From organizational setup to realizing your business model and defining the value proposition – you are the creator from hour zero.
  • Customer Focus: Test initial prototypes and MVPs in the market to obtain direct customer feedback and validate your ideas.
  • Sales and Marketing: Define a go-to-market strategy, increase awareness of your product in the target segment, and generate initial revenues.
  • Networking: Build relevant networks and partnerships with external stakeholders, investors, and industry experts to sustainably grow our green startup.
  • Investor Relations: Present your venture to strategic partners and potential investors for the realization of new financing rounds and growth visions.
Your profile:
  • Startup Mindset: 4+ years of demonstrable experience in a rapidly growing startup or a similar role in a fast-paced, highly complex, and dynamic environment. Ideally, you have experience as a founder and in sales or marketing.
  • Impact-Driven: You are passionate about sustainability, climate protection, and have the spirit to integrate these values into a successful startup.
  • Industry Expertise: It would be ideal if you are familiar with the construction or renovation sector like the back of your hand and understand how sustainability fits into it.
  • Passion: You live and breathe entrepreneurship and innovation. Passion and persistence define you, enabling you to stay focused on your goal even in the face of obstacles.
  • Communication: You are fluent in both German and English, enabling successful communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Academic Background: You have been or are among the top 20% of a top university or college.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Ideation: Leite den Prozess der kreativen Ideenfindung und entwickele innovative Konzepte für eine digitale Lösung am Renovierungsmarkt. 
  • Gründung und Aufbau: Starte dein eigenes Venture! Vom Organisationsaufbau, zur Verwirklichung deines Geschäftsmodells, bis hin zur Definition der Value Proposition - du bist der/die Macher*in ab Stunde 0.  
  • Kundenfokus: Test erste Prototypen und MVPs am Markt, um direktes Kundenfeedback zu erhalten und deine Ideen zu validieren.  
  • Sales und Marketing: Definiere eine Go-to-Market-Strategie, steigere die Bekanntheit deines Produktes im Zielsegment und generiere erste Umsätze. 
  • Networking: Baue relevante Netzwerke und Partnerschaften mit externen Stakeholdern, Investoren und Branchenexperten auf, um unser grünes Startup nachhaltig wachsen zu lassen. 
  • Investor-Relations: Präsentiere dein Venture vor strategischen Partner*innen und potentiellen Investoren, zur Realisierung von neuen Finanzierungsrunden und Wachstumsvisionen.
Dein Profil:
  • Startup-Mindset: 4+ Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung in einem wachstumsstarken Startup oder einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit in einem schnelllebigen, hochkomplexen und dynamischen Umfeld. Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung als Gründer*in sowie im Vertrieb oder Marketing. 
  • Impact-Driven: Du brennst für Nachhaltigkeit, Klimaschutz und hast den Spirit, diese Werte in ein erfolgreiches Startup zu integrieren. 
  • Branchen-Know-how: Ideal wäre, wenn du den Baubereich oder Renovierung wie deine Westentasche kennst und weißt, wie Nachhaltigkeit da reinpasst. 
  • Passion: Du lebst Unternehmertum und Innovation. Leidenschaft und Beharrlichkeit zeichnen dich aus, wodurch du dein Ziel auch bei Hindernissen nicht aus den Augen verlierst.   
  • Kommunikation: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, um mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern erfolgreich zu kommunizieren. 
  • Akademische Laufbahn: Du warst oder bist unter den besten 20% einer Top-Universität oder -Hochschule.
