Connected Crafts is an up-and-coming startup based in Munich, dedicated to connecting crafters with world-class job opportunities across Germany. In our small but dedicated team, we emphasize personal contact and direct communication with each of our crafters. Our goal is not just to arrange jobs, but to promote sustainable career paths in the crafts and to shape the future of the crafts together. 

Bedeutung Ihres Bildes
Your tasks:
You support and strengthen our new start-up in the area of bringing together craft businesses and craftsmen from all over Europe with your communication skills. You are primarily the contact person for our users. 
 
  • You take over the interaction with the users on our recruiting platform 
  • You conduct initial telephone interviews and evaluate the results 
  • You are responsible for the customer-oriented and friendly handling of customer service 
  • You will be responsible for initial master data maintenance in our AI-based system. 
  • In addition, we offer you the exciting opportunity to gain in-depth insights into various areas of our dynamic start-up.
Your profile:
  • You are a strong communicator with good verbal skills and enjoy dealing with people. 
  • You already have some experience and an understanding of the recruitment market. 
  • Your command of Polish at native speaker level is absolutely necessary and you can also express yourself in German or English. 
  • Your place of residence is within Germany. 
  • You are currently enrolled in at least the 2nd semester at a university/college and are completing your studies.  
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the crafts sector.

Deine Aufgaben:
Du unterstützt und verstärkst unser neues Startup im Bereich Zusammenführung von Handwerksbetrieben und Handwerkern aus ganz Europa mit deinen kommunikativen Skills. Primär bist du Ansprechpartner für unsere User. 
 
  • Du übernimmst die Interaktion mit den Usern auf unserer Recruiting-Plattform 
  • Du führst erste Telefon-Interviews durch und evaluierst die Ergebnisse 
  • Du bist für die kundenorientierte und freundliche Abwicklung des Kundenservices verantwortlich 
  • Du übernimmst die erste Stammdatenpflege in unserem KI-Basierten System. 
  • Darüber hinaus bieten wir Dir die spannende Gelegenheit, tiefe Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche unseres dynamischen Startups zu gewinnen.
Dein Profil:
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast ein gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen und bringst Freunde am Umgang mit Menschen mit. 
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen und ein Verständnis für den Recruitingmarkt. 
  • Du beherrscht Polnisch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau - zwingend erforderlich und kannst dich ebenfalls auf Deutsch oder Englisch ausdrücken. 
  • Dein Wohnsitz befindet sich innerhalb Deutschlands. 
  • Du bist derzeit mindestens im 2. Semester an einer Uni / Hochschule eingeschrieben und absolvierst Dein Studium.  
  • Bestenfalls hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit dem Handwerksbereich sammeln können.
