Connected Crafts is an up-and-coming startup based in Munich, dedicated to connecting crafters with world-class job opportunities across Germany. In our small but dedicated team, we emphasize personal contact and direct communication with each of our crafters. Our goal is not just to arrange jobs, but to promote sustainable career paths in the crafts and to shape the future of the crafts together.

Your tasks:

You support us in the planning, implementation and optimization of performance marketing measures with a focus on paid social
You support us in the regular implementation of analytical performance evaluations and derive optimization measures from them
The continuous conception and implementation of testing for campaigns, targeting and advertising media is also part of your tasks
You create briefings for creative advertising material for target group-oriented communication
You carry out market, competition and trend observations

Your profile:

You are currently studying business administration, e-commerce, marketing or a comparable course of study
Ideally, you have some experience in performance marketing, preferably in paid social channels
You have a very good with words and are creative
You are characterized by an analytical and data-driven way of working
You have a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility
For the creation of our content, you speak German at native level and can also communicate easily in written and spoken English

Deine Aufgaben:

Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Performance-Marketing-Maßnahmen mit Fokus auf Paid Social
Du unterstützt uns bei der regelmäßigen Durchführung von analytischen Performance-Auswertungen und leitest daraus Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
Die kontinuierliche Konzeption und Umsetzung von Testings für Kampagnen, Targeting und Werbemittel gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben
Du erstellst Briefings für kreative Werbemittel für eine Zielgruppen-gerechte Kommunikation
Du führst Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendbeobachtungen durch

Dein Profil:

Du befindest dich aktuell in einem Studium im Bereich BWL, E-Commerce, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Performance Marketing mit, gerne in Paid Social Kanälen
Du hast ein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und bist kreativ
Eine analytische und datengetriebene Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
Für die Erstellung unseres Content sprichst du Deutsch auf Muttersprache Niveau und kannst dich auch problemlos schriftlich und mündlich auf Englisch verständigen
