Through a blend of creativity and sustainability, we carefully curate products and resources to inspire gardeners of all levels. We believe gardening should be a joyful and accessible experience for everyone, regardless of space or skill.

We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Digital Engagement Specialist to enhance our brand’s online presence, drive engagement, and build strong relationships with customers and influencers. This part-time, remote role (20 hours per week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and creative environment, where every interaction counts. While being part of our team in the US, this position works closely together with our colleagues in Germany.
Your tasks:
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), using effective funnel strategies to drive traffic and conversions on our webshop. 
  • Influencer Partnerships: Actively seek and coordinate influencer collaborations, overseeing all interactions to build meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships. 
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to create visually appealing content and blog posts that resonate with our audience. 
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via email and social media, ensuring a positive experience. 
  • Product Management Support (Optional): Assist with stock management and purchase orders as needed to support the team.
Your profile:
  • Proven experience in online marketing, e-commerce, and funnel strategy execution. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach, with an enthusiasm for our brand and products. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring creativity and brand vision to customer interactions. 
  • A team player who embodies our values: entrepreneurship and genuine, friendly engagement. 
  • An experience with Canva and/or Photoshop is a plus.
