Your tasks

In joint workshops with our business units, you identify key pain points and needs, defining the innovation requirements.
You scout and evaluate innovative start-ups, technologies, and business models with high potential.
After selection, you manage the proof of concept, testing solutions with business units under real conditions.
You take responsibility for pilot phases, assess scalability, and ensure integration into existing REHAU processes.
Based on results, you develop business cases and support their implementation within the organization.
You build sustainable relationships with founders, VCs, and innovation networks, representing Venture Clienting internally and externally.
You drive the topic of Venture Clienting within the group and set impulses for how we can accelerate innovation.

Your profile

Several years of experience in innovation, corporate venturing, business development, consulting, or the start-up ecosystem.
Ability to quickly analyze complex business models and translate them into scalable business cases, communicating complex ideas clearly.
Ideally, you bring a strong network in the start-up and innovation ecosystem or have already worked in corporate structures.
Strong analytical skills in both quantitative and qualitative data, enabling you to derive concrete recommendations.
High level of initiative and innovation mindset, with the ability to work independently and reflect on your own performance.
Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders, even in complex structures. You enjoy collaborating with external partners and moderating workshops in both German and English.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Dein Impact

In gemeinsamen Workshops mit unseren verschiedenen Teilkonzernen identifizierst du die wichtigsten Pain-Points sowie Bedürfnisse und definierst Innovationsbedarfe.
Du scoutest und bewertest innovative Start-ups, Technologien und Geschäftsmodelle mit hohem Potenzial.
Nach der Auswahl begleitest du das Proof of Concept, in dem du die Lösung mit den Business Units unter realen Bedingungen testest.
Du verantwortest Pilotphasen, prüfst die Skalierbarkeit und Integration in die bestehenden REHAU-Prozesse.
Auf Basis der Ergebnisse entwickelst du Business Cases und begleitest die Umsetzung in der Organisation.
Du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Gründern und VCs und Innovationsnetzwerken auf und vertrittst Venture Clienting intern wie extern.
Du treibst das Thema Venture Clienting im Konzern voran und setzt Impulse, wie wir Innovation vorantreiben können.

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Innovation, Corporate Venturing, Business Development, Consulting oder Start-up-Ökosystem
Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsmodelle schnell zu analysieren und in skalierbare Business Cases zu übersetzen sowie komplexe Ideen verständlich zu vermitteln
Idealerweise hast du ein starkes Netzwerk im Start-up- und Innovationsumfeld oder hast bereits in Corporate-Strukturen gearbeitet
Du kannst quantitative und qualitative Daten strukturiert erheben, analysieren und konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen daraus ableiten
Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Innovationsfähigkeit, meisterst deine Aufgaben selbstständig und reflektieren die eigene Arbeitsqualität
Du bist erfahren darin verschiedene Stakeholder zu managen, auch in komplexen Strukturen.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit Externen und die Moderation von Workshops auf Deutsch und Englisch bereitet dir Spaß
Du bringst eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 50% mit, um mit Startups und Teilkonzernen deutschlandweit zusammenzuarbeiten
